The activity took place at<strong data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"559\"> Aloxamento A Pontevella (Sobradelo)<\/strong> and brought together 20 participants, filling the planned capacity. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"625\" data-end=\"926\">The session, guided by oenologist <strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"679\">Cecilia Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, offered a sensory journey through the flavors of autumn with a carefully curated pairing of wines from the Pinguela, <strong data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"824\">Sampayolo<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"827\" data-end=\"836\">Casal<\/strong> wineries, and a selection of gastronomic proposals focused on game and forest products.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"972\">During the evening, attendees could taste:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<li data-start=\"974\" data-end=\"1045\">\n<p data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"1045\"><strong data-start=\"976\" data-end=\"999\">Wild boar<\/strong> croquettes paired with <strong data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1042\">Sampayolo<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"1014\" data-end=\"1025\">Godello<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1046\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1138\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1071\">Wild boar<\/strong> stew accompanied by <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1108\">Memoria de Ventura<\/strong> (Garnacha) from <strong data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1135\">Pinguela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<p data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1202\"><strong data-start=\"1141\" data-end=\"1162\">Mushroom pie <\/strong>harmonized with<strong data-start=\"1192\" data-end=\"1201\"> Casal<\/strong> Menc\u00eda.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1493\">The experience stood out for its warm and intimate atmosphere, in a space already decorated for Christmas and with privileged views of the Sobradelo bridge.
